how do i loose inches off of my stomach?? i have a little bit of a gut and i would like to get rid of it. please and thank you.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals to keep up your metabolism. Make sure that the carbohydrates are high in fiber and that the protein is lean. This will keep you in a caloric deficit and the frequent meals will prevent you from getting hungry.

Also, your exercise program should include weightlifting because the increased lean mass will burn extra calories on a 24 hour/day basis. Cardio also helps.
