Ok, at what point can you not have children with scoliosis. I know I'm young, but I really would like a family when I get older, and I'm terrified that's not going to happen.

Oh, my curve is in the lower back, making my hips uneven.

I had a friend that had scoliosis, she had surgery and wore a body cast for several months, they placed a rod along her spine to basically start anew, she looked like the letter "C" from the back. Anyway, she was told that childbirth would have to be by C-section. She then found out, it was twins, so the doctors are overly worried. She refuses the C-section, unless it is an emergency, but she wants to try vaginal delivery. She did, both boys were in great shape! She had another child after those two, he was also vaginal. It is very possible to have children. Good luck.
