Discomfort when you pee.
Feeling like you always have to pee, but not much comes out.
Cloudy or discolored urine (pee in a clear cup and look at it).
Fever. Nausea.
Pain in the lower abdomen or (worse) sides.
All the above can be symptoms or signs, but many are not often present.
Diarrhea is not a typical symptom unless you have an anatomic problem (like a deformity or recent surgery in that general area). But it can be a symptom of something else.
If the diarrhea doesn't go away soon, is getting worse or if there are other symptoms with it you should probably go to a doctor.

In addition to the burning sensation when you wee, or needing to go but can't, you will also have other signs and symptoms of infection such as fever, high pulse rate, vomiting, dizziness, lethargy, chills etc. You may have a UTI (urinary tract infection), though this usually isn't a cause of diarrhoea. There are many causes of diarrhoea. Do you have an increased urge to wee, increased frequency with same volume of fluid, bladder pain? these are signs of UTI's. Diarrhoea can be caused by alot of things. Have your symptoms occurred rapidly or over the course of a few days. Infections generally develop over a few days, though this isn't always the case. You need to speak to your doctor, discuss your signs and symptoms with them, and get it checked out and treated. You will feel more comfortable afterwards!!

i'm not a nurse but diahrea can be a symptom of chlamydia a commen sexually transmitted infection. a bladder infection or urinary tract infections symptoms are usually pain when urinating (burning), very frequent urination, and a feeling of not being able to get it all out. these symtoms can also be present if you have chlamydia. either way a simple urine sample at the clinic will detect either condition.

In addition to burning on urination, the urine can have blood in it, making it pink or red.
