Cultural answer: Of course everyone is right linguistically. But stay far away from this guy unless you've been corresponding for much longer than I think you have, or you wouldn't have had to ask the question.

ok, i have read your previous answers to your question, but the guy is not in love with you yet... he is in the process to it...
so, "Me estoy enamorando = I am falling in love with you".

I am in love with you = present Estoy "ENAMORADO" de ti.

I am falling in love with you = progresive present
"Me estoy enamorando de ti"
