Is it better to have a couple of beers?or a toke of weed?

Weed is healthier, but I prefer beer.
Wine is good but as a man I would never drink it unless it's accompanying a fine meal, or it's the weekend, I'm broke, and it came in a box.

I dont smoke but my friends that do say that a "toke" is so relaxing after work to just mellow. I like the beer with friends but to unwind alone not so much.

Try just having a Glass of Red Cabernet Wine (It's heart smart)...This should help take the edge off and keep in mind once again it's heart smart.
