had to finally let my family go for my own health was being used. still dealing with the separation...?

my openess honesty was not appreciated ever, support and/or understanding wus never given. i finallly had to go......I tried...........this sucks

It is very hard to have to separate yourself from your family no matter how bad the situation. It will take time for you to deal with it. Sometimes when nothing else works, putting distance between you and them is the kindest thing you can do for yourself!

This will have to be "greived" just like a death/deaths!

You must go through all of the emotions to be cleansed of it all!
