Proactive did the trick for me

Well, I am one of those people who trys everything until I find something that works. 4 years ago I discovered proactiv and have done great with it. THe infomercials are really true. Most people who say it does not work for them are typically using too much. I had that problem at first and I called their help line (they were great) and realized you really did only have to use a dime sized amount (good because it lasts longer). Ever since then I have had clear skin. Also all you need is the cleanser and their lotion and thats it. They will try to sell you the package and you do not need it. Just make sure that if you do not buy the lotion you need to find another mild, no fragrance added, allergy tested, lotion. It will prevent your pores from getting clogged. I hope this helped.

St. Ives Apricot scrub - in the evening, after a day's worth of dirt on my face. It takes care of the blackheads too and is very powerful in making the face feel fresh and super clean.

Clearasil - in the morning to be clear-faced when going out or going to work! :)

Face air purifier: Cetaphil. that is extensive for all pores and skin types and extremely comfortable (dermatologist pronounced it to my cousin and her pores and skin relatively more desirable so I went and tried it for myself!). It does sense slightly distinctive although as that is not a foaming air purifier. I persist with this with a swipe of witch hazel (use as a toner) and the neutrogena oil loose spf moisturiser. physique lotion: the cetaphil moisturisers are incredibly solid. I additionally like palmers cocoa butter in winter (too greasy on my pores and skin in summer) or the nivea firming physique lotion Q10 in summer

i'm not prone to acne myself and dont need Proactive, but i swear by Noxzema. the stuff is awesome at softening and keeping Your face clear. You can tissue it off or use water, and You can also put it on and use it as a facial.
