Why do those occur? I hear bcz of dehydration, non-streching.. I don't know!

Oh, and hey, maybe if you know a method to get rid of them, I'd appreciate that too!

Thanks.

You may be dehydrated or low in potassium and calcium. Good foods to eat regularly are potatoes, bananas, green peas. Drinking tonic water at night is helpful if you can stand the taste. I heard that spraying apple cider vinegar on the spasm would relieve it. I tried it one night when I woke with severe charely horses. I didn't have a spray bottle so I poured the vinegar in my hand and rubbed it on. The pain left immediately.

Aren't Charlie Horses when you get something jammed in your thigh and it hurts really bad? If you are referring to leg cramps then the way to prevent them is to drink water and try eating bananas before you do a physical activity. Bananas contain potassium which helps prevent cramps.
