Make sure you mix in weight lifting exercises for your upper body. Build up muscle and that will help burn the fat. Keep up on the cardio, make it more intense.

i found the e book to be very informative and hassle-free to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm only in contact that i'm dropping too lots weight, too straight away. i visit confess i haven't accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet frequently) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off.
