I'm assuming your vision went back to normal? If not, you could have the beginnings of a detached retina. That is a medical emergency.
If it was just temporary blurriness, it was most likely caused by a spike in your blood pressure due to the stress and yelling, if there was any, and the strong emotions you felt. That could mean you are borderline hypertensive without the stress, or it could have been a transient thing that quickly passed. It would be a good idea for you to get your BP checked. Either have your doctor take it, or have it taken at a health fair or by someone who has a BP cuff. Then you can go from there, getting treatment if it's warranted.

Have your blood pressure checked. An argument will be likely to raise it, and if it is already high that could have an effect on your senses.
It could be imagination, but it is best to know what could be causing it. If the doctors give you a clean bill of health you can argue until your tongue falls out.

If this happens again I would definetly get to a doctor but it sounds like you had a bout with hypertension, high blood pressure, especially from being upset and excited it will happen but I would definetly keep and eye on it and mention it on your next doctor visit

It would be VERY WISE of you to get your blood pressure checked asap!! If that's ok, check your blood glucose (sugar) too. Both are easy and cheap or free.
