EAT! Make sure you get enough sleep, then have a healthy low fat, low sugar breakfast. Oatmeal, egg whites, fresh fruit, and a glass of milk is a great breakfast. It will provide you with the vitamins, minerals, and calories you need to feel energized. Eat 3 healthy meals, and a couple of snacks, during the day. Forget about diets. Eat a balance diet, watch your portions, drink plenty of water, and get enough rest. Believe it or not, despite how tired you may feel when you first start, exercise is also great for increasing energy and boosting metabolism. Add regular exercise with watching what you eat and you'll start feeling great from morning till your day ends. You'll also sleep better!

By eating food that recieves first sunlight.. In other words.. fruits, nuts that grow high in trees. Think about it... the round Earth... the Sun's linear morning rays first hitting the tops of mountians and trees. These are the morning foods. We should consider the foods metabolic rates (when is it most active) and only eat that food at that time of day, or night. Since peanuts grow underground it is logical to think peanuts or products only at night
