A severe headache if you're not prone to them is something to have checked out. The other symptoms may or may not be related. Occasionally lower back pain and headaches can be related to female problems. Check with your doc.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

When it comes to back problems - you really shouldnt take chances.

We lift things, move, sit without blinking an eye that our spine suffers. So this may be nothing or this may be that you have moved in someway that your spine had some pressure from your movement.

If you have dizziness - or feel sleepy, you really should see a doctor becoz that means that your body is asking for rest.

Dont wait . do see a doctor at your earliest!!

if I had to only guess I would think a pinched nerve but I am no dr and it is always best to get a dr opinion if you can. If you think it will go away soon, take a long warm as you can stand it and take a bath and just soak the warm water will help relax the muscles. Best wishes

This could even be a virus. Are you nauseous, too? It could be a neck problem or lower in the back. Do you have a fever?
