Can not washing my "area" for a long time, can that cause itching/burning after a long time of not washing?

Yes, and it could cause a good haven for diseases to spread. Not only STI/STD's, but general bacteria that can give you pimples, unpleasant smell, and an itching sensation. All bodies are different, but maintaining a washing routine where you wash the important parts of your bodies at least once a day is generally good practice and considered "average" hygiene.

That could most definetly cause you problems. Go see your doctor to make sure you don't need a prescription to clear things up...
