Real money. I know that you can't burn it or do anything to deface it, but can you stick it to a wall?

It's a hypothetical question of course. I don't have the money to wallpaper my walls with real money.

You can get uncut sheets of dollars from the U.S. mint. They can be found in either PHiladelphia or Denver because that is where the mints operate.

Lots of luck getting it. The sheets are under armed guard from the minute they leave the paper mill 'til the time they're cut. If you want to do this look for the wallpaper.

I don't know the legalities of this but I can'tsee the problem if youare only going to use it as wallpaper. I don't think it would lookvery good either unless you are decorating a bank vault!!

Expensive, but I can't imagine you'd get in trouble for it.

(to those wondering how you'd get it, they sell uncut sheets of bills if you visit the mint)

Why not? It's your money. You could paste cut bills on your wall if you want to use it that way. I think it is a waste of good cash.

There is no law against defacing or destroying US currency. If it is yours, it's yours to do whatever you want with it.
