NO and if I were a Canadian and Quebec tried to secede from us, I would support a violent crackdown on them similar to what we Americans did to the South in the Civil War. Having provinces or states break away from a country is a signal that the country is unable to function cohesively anymore, which is a death knell for the nation.

No Quebec is part of Canada and Quebec just wants to be on there own I say screw it they can love it or leave but leave Quebec where it is and apart of this great country.
