You should use something containing Dimethicone. Dimethicone is an ingredient that prevents chaffing, and helps to heal the irritated area. Good Luck!

I would use Aveeno or Gold Bond Triple Strength medicated powder. I prefer the latter. They are both expensive but the Gold Bond really helps with itching and dry skin and is worth it. I think they also make a lotion too. Also, a homemade remedy that really works. The main ingredient in lotions and some powders is oatmeal. You can take regular stockings (pantyhose) and regular quick oats (Quaker canister) fill one stocking with the oatmeal straight from the canister and when you soak in the tub or even in the shower get the stocking wet until the "oatmeal juice" so to speak starts pouring out and just rub the stocking on the irritated area. Do this at least 2x a day for 7 days and you will see improvement. That is just in case you don't have the money for the lotion or powder. The pantyhose are cheap (you may have some at home-wife gf sis) and the oatmeal is $2. Just suggestions. I hope you get better quick and if not go to dr.

Try CA-Rezz Cream. It will be perfect for you because I've used it on under arm irritations successfully. It's the best moisturizer that I've ever used. They apply it to a quadriplegic friend of mine and it keeps his skin in good shape. I've only been able to find it in internet drugstores. Go to www.amazon.com, do a search on CA-Rezz Cream and choose the best deal on an 8.5 oz. jar. I order 3 at a time because my wife loves it and gives it to relatives.

I suggest lotion and vitamin E oil, you can buy vitamin E oil at places like CVS and all you do is put lotion and a layer of vitamin E oil over it and it really puts back a lot of moisture back into your skin.

Try Eucerin cream/lotion...my doctor recommended it for a bad facial condition I had and it worked...it's a thick cream and really helped.
