I think I have a pulled muscle in the lower right quadrant of my stomach. It's not my appendix because it's not a constant pain, it'll come when I sit the wrong way or twist. What relieves it usually is laying on my stomach in bed for a few minutes. What can I do to have this go away so that I don't have to ever worry about it again? The pain can get intense at times. How can I mend this pulled muscle.....or is it a nerve? Answers are greatly appreciated.

I should have mentioned that I don't have insurance and want to avoid taking that route. Thanks for the suggestions.

How about going to a doctor to find out what it is? It could be a bowel problem (like an obstruction or twist in the bowel).

You have to get it checked.

Since you don't have medical insurance try spending under $100.00 and get a professional massage. If it is a pulled muscle they can ease it for you.

It might be a hernia. This can be very painful and even serious. You really need to see a doctor.
