i put my arm around her often, but sometimes she doesnt want.?

we are in high school. so since she doesn't want me to touch her sometimes, it also means i should'nt kiss her anytime soon right? at what point do you think i can kiss her and stuff then?

Not all girls are touchy feelie. Sometimes she ust wants to be around you with out touching. Theres nothing wrong with that. But, as for the kissing, wait till your alone, and tell her that you would like to kiss her. She will probably oblige.
