I enjoy doing many knee crunches. I might call them something different, but its when you lie on your back, then lift up your head and neck towards the opposite knee you bring up.

For instance, you pull up your head and lean towards your right knee, with your left elbow nearly touching it, then switch to your left knee with your right elbow nearly touching it. I get through maybe 20 of those before feeling a major burn.

get results fast=run alot. These exercises you are being given are to strengthen your abs that doesn't mean they will show. You have to do cardio and BURN the fat that is over your abs and then they will start to form. But to do this you will have to watch what you eat also which is the most important thing in developing abs. Plus if you want to do an ab workout try decline crunches with a weight on your stomach. Just use weights in general when doing abs.

One great exercise for the abs is leg lifts. It can be a killer exercise. Check out this article on the importance of a routine when exercising.
