I would think an energy drink would help you. However, if you are concerned about your health, then you should know, most of the popular energy drinks on the market have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them, which are bad for you. They will give you a quick "boost" then you "crash".
I drink an energy drink that is healthy for you, works in 10-15 minutes after drinking it, lasts for several hours, and is a lot less expensive than those other energy drinks. It comes in a powder form ("on the go" packet) so you can mix it with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
After drinking these drinks for several months (daily), I feel so much better. Also, I have some friends that like to work out and they say that it is the best thing for them.
You can find them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

Check your carbohydrate intake. If it is too low, your energy will be depleted because carbohydrates are essential for the function of the brain and the central nervous system. They are the only source of fuel the red blood cells and the kidneys.
Shortage will put your body into starvation mode which will cannibalize your muscle mass (responsible for much of the weight loss on low carb diets), cause you to become lethargic, and cause severe cravings for the most concentrated sources. Never go on a diet that makes you feel bad.
It is also very hard on the kidneys because they have to work much harder to flush out the increased uric acid (a byproduct of cannibalized muscle) while low on fuel (carbs).
If you are not on a low carb diet, then disregard what I just wrote and see a doctor.
Just in case, here is a link to some uncomfortable truths about low carb diets.

It takes a few months to feel the energy boost. Good work on the vitamin. If you need an energy kick in the gym try Hyrdroxicut. I love that stuff. A few tablets and I'm sprinting on a tredmill like it's my job. Keep up the good work :D.

I would look at your sleep patterns. If you stay up late, wake during the night or have sleep apnea, you will be tired all the time. If that's not the problem and your diet and exercise are reasonable, you should consult a doctor to rule out any serious condition.

It will take a while for your energy to pick up and your daytime sleepiness to go away. Studies have shown that working out actually causes you to sleep better. So it may take a bit...but the working out will eventually cause you to sleep better and feel more rested in the morning...thus...giving you more energy for the day.

It will take a couple weeks for the energy to pick up. Stick with it, it will pay off. If energy doesnt improve after few weeks you may want to see your doctor. Depression, mono, and many other health issues could be stealing your energy. Keep up the good work!
