I know this is a weird question that I should probably know the answer to, but I have efiled for years and didnt this year. So what type of envelope do I use?Do I fold the return into threes and put in a regular envelope please help!!!

I would get a big Manila envelope. Seems more professional, but I doubt it really matters in the end as long as they get it. I would also get delivery confirmation, but that may just be paranoia.

If you don't have a lot of attachments, a regular envelope, with the return folded in thirds, works fine. You'd only need to use a bigger envelope if you have so much to send that it doesn't fit easily into a regular business-sized envelope.

Any envelope will do. If you have the IRS envelope and the IRS label, I would use them. Make sure you put your return address on it along with proper postage. Also, make sure that the taxpayer's social security number is printed on every piece of paper attached (including your check, if appropriate.)

Any envelope will do... : ) Just make sure to put correct postage on the envelope.

Any envelope that you can fit it in to. A tri-fold is fine though a large flat would be slightly neater.
