you can go to any walmart and buy hair detangler; you spray it on while your hair is wet and it makes it easier to comb through. i can't do my daughter's hair without it.

Honestly, there's not enough information here to accurately prescribe a solution. It depends on other factors as well. What is the texture of your hair? Do you use heat styling? How often (or do you) deep condition? What shampoo and conditioner products do you use? Do you have color in your hair? What about a perm or relaxer? Does your hair tangle easily even after you've combed it while its wet?
Your best bet is to do regular deep conditioning treatments from a good salon. Ask to be certain that they're doing a protein conditioner as well as moisture.
There are also various professional detanglers that work very well, such as Matrix Detangling Rinse. Also consider a leave-in conditioner.
And finally, it's a good idea to invest in professional quality shampoos and conditioners, since anything you buy in a store contains lesser quality ingredients (detergents) and mostly water.

Make sure to use conditioner in the shower, and when you get out, be careful and gentle when drying your hair, you could be tangling it even more. Spray detangler, and apply a little leave- in conditioner.
Also when brushing out your tangles, start at the bottom working your way up. If not then you are left with big tangles and knots towards the bottom.

my hair tangles too, intense conditioners help and so do detanglers. I walk a lot and wind is always a problem riding in the car, etc. so I just deal with it and brush it when I can.

My hair too gets very tangled. What I do is but a bunch of conditioner in my hair...leave it in for 3 minutes and as your are rinsing it out...comb it at the same time with a wide tooth comb. It really helps!!!!!!!! Let me know how it goes!

get it proffesionaly straightened or if u have straight hair & it's just tangled...
you might want to consider going to a proffesstiol & get it worked on..
or if you can handle it...
try doing this:
x putting it up
x leaving it down and brushing it ever so often for 2 days..
like once every 2 house ;]]
