It's certainly not good. My neighbor just had his shoulder operated on because his shoulder would spontaneously pop out of place. He could get it back in place as long as both arms were free but he is a windsurfer and out on the water he would get into trouble.

Well it probably just means that you are double jointed, you might not want to do it very often, but if you are really concerned it might be good to talk to a doctor.

no, but don't do it as much, it may get dislocated and you have to go to the hospital and they pop it back in place, which will hurt. You are just "double-jointed". Don't hurt yourself!

The only problem is it may get too lose to stay in under pressure. You may have problems later on

I knew someone who could do that and used to use it to get out of gym class.

I don't think it's harmful, though.

it isnt really bad but someday it might not go back in for you=i wouldnt be doing it at all
