my hair is naturally med brown, however, i dyed my hair a med to dark brown a few monthsago,?

i want to make it a light brown...almost blonde. but i want to DIY. i dont want to go to a salon..just do it myself.

Go to the beauty supply store. They have a highlight bleach. It usually comes in a powder and you mix it with 30 volume peroxide. Section off the parts you want blond and color only those strands.

I bought some "foil" stuff at they beauty supply. It was a lot like wax paper

Make sure to keep the blond off the brown. When the highlight is the tint you want, just rinse it out

Easy job, but difficult in keeping bleached strands from regular strands

Try bleaching it. Then getting a color you would want to dye it with.. You could try Stripping your hair. But it' makes your hair smell really bad.

I did the blonde in my hair a couple months ago.. I used strip. But i don't say strip it. Just bleach it.
