The proverb is "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step" i just know this is from chinese proverb, but i need to know the author,if it has any?

Well, whoever said it first, its meaning is that there must be a small beginning to large projects, but it also means that delaying doing a big project by worrying about the bigness simply delays the project, so take the single step to get started.

the author is Lao-Tse or can be spelled Lao-Tzu

and i believe the proverb means that everything big started from something small at somepoint...

a project is a good example, or someone changeing the world (as in the person had to start somewhere small to get into a good position) etc.

this proverb is designed to help the person get started who is
in trouble or can't get out of a rut. it indicates that you must first
take a single step, such as making a list or setting your priorities. then tomorrow, you take two steps etc. this is the key to accomplishment for the person who does nothing accomplishes nothing. the Chinese philosopher is Lao-Tzu.
