Prince Albert Saskatchewan
its a small city but with lots of possibilities, good schools, housing is relatively cheap right now, and job opportunities good weather most of the time
though if u want to live out side of the city theres lots of different places
i have lived here my entire life so my opinion i slightly biased
but it is a nice city (i prefer country only cause i grew up on a farm) good luck in searching

Vancouver and the greater Vancouver areas are nice. Not to cold. You can ski on the mountains and 20 minutes latter be walking on the beach.
PS,There is tons of great weather in Canada.

Great Area...Toronto has the most money. Calgary is really cool too and Vancouver is beautiful. But weather all over Canada is not so friendly.

Kelowna, British Columbis is ideal, great weather, nice beaches, ski hill, friendly people. The city contains 140,00 people so it's not overly crowded, it's just big enough.
