The extra hormones during pregnancy thickened your hair
Now that you aren't pregnant the hormones have stopped to normal levels
This causes you to lose the hair you had gained

THis is what i think is going on. When you are pregnant and taking vitamins your hair becomes a lot thicker and fuller. After you have the baby, you no longer have those nutrients coming into your body in the volume they were before, so all the "extra" hair is falling out. It will curb eventually.

Take 2-3 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Take my advice: I have not had a good head of hair or nails in over 40 years; now I do.

It is a normal process. Don't worry! I'm in the same situation too. It'll stop soon. Maybe u can cut your hair short to reduce the hair weight in the meantime.

It's true that it's an after-effect of pregnancy and there isn't much you can do. Don't worry, it will stop falling out soon and will grow back quickly.

Maybe you should try taking prenatal vitamins again. When I was taking them my hair was healthy and my fingernails were growing fast. Ask your doctor about that

My hair did that too. Don't worry it will stop. Next time you go to get your hair cut or whatever, ask them. Its pretty normal.
