the blister curves up and then in the center it has all these cracks in the skin. its really wierd. it just looks like the skin was diced on top. and the smooth parts of the blister come until the circle in the center where the cracks start to form. um.. the blister is about 1 cm thick.

i dont think its plantars warts. its on his heel and doesnt really look like that.

It sounds like he could have a plantar wart. Take a look at this picture and compare it too this, it sounds a lot like your description. I would also suggest having it checked by a doctor to find out exactly what it is before treating it.

Regardless of what WE think it is, he HAS to go to a doctor and find out for sure and get the right treatment. As soon as possible.

he could have just gotten a minor infection, staff infection or even worse, he could be getting gangreene. He's need to see a doctor asap to get it checked out
