You need to buy some shampoo and conditioner for dry, frizzy hair such as something with olive oil in it. Also try combing her hair with a pic instead of a brush. Always fix her hair when it is wet with a good mouse extra hold is best. And of course you may have to spray it lightly with some hairspray.I usually us Aussie mouse and hairspray.

I Use Catwals "Curls Rock" Shampoo, adn Mark Anthony's strictly Curls "lotion" wich is in a big yellow bottle.
Another reason why her hair might be frizzy and dry is dead ends. I can never tell if i have split ends or not so i just trim my own hair whenever the ends start feeling crispy.

One Lady told me to use Aveda. Its hard to find where I am but some salons carry it and they have their own stores too. Some high-end malls would have it. I use leave-in conditioners like Fructis, Paul Mitchell creme, and Sun-Silk.
And I found these hair tips from Latina Magazine:
**Tips for sexy curls:**
Curly:
A thick styling cream applied to wet hair will smooth and loosen tight curls. Blow-dry hair straight, then curl 2-inch sections around big, fat adhesive-strip rollers; leave them in for 30 minutes, then remove and style with fingers.
Try L´Oreal Professionnel Hairmix Supremesmooth by Textureline ($15).
**How to get super shiny hair:**
Curly:
Go for a shine enhancing cream-gel; it´ll help tame frizzies and provide a light hold. The creamy consistency won´t leave your hair crunchy either. Try Garnier Fructis Style Brilliantine Shine Cream-Gel ($4).
Coarse hair:
Repair dry, coarse strands with a deep, rich conditioner that contains silk extracts. And avoid silicone-based products; they´ll only coat your hair and won´t penetrate it.
Try Charles Worthington Dream Hair Radiant Shine Glossing Conditioner ($9). —Samantha Vlado
Four Frizz Fighters
No, the bun isn´t your only option for fighting summer´s frustrating frizz: The trick is to keep strands full of moisture, so they don´t soak it up from the air outside. Here, the perfect pouf-control products for all hair types.
1. Coarse
Coarse hair is typically drier, which makes it more prone to frizz, so use a daily leave-in conditioner to help keep pelo softer and smooth todo el dÃa.
Try Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Leave-In Conditioning Cream ($4).
2. Curly
On wet or dry hair, smooth a silicone-based serum over strands; the heavy oils will coat your curls so moisture won´t penetrate and cause rizos to tighten and frizz out.
Try Philosophy Shear Splendor Smoothing Serum ($18: philosophy.com).
How to keep long hair looking great:
1. Curly
The longer curly hair grows, the drier and frizzier the ends get. Smooth ends out with a moisturizing cream; used daily, it´ll stop curls from expanding at the bottom.
Try Sunsilk Anti-Esponja 24/7 Creme ($4).
2. Coarse
Coarse strands often break off toward the ends. Look for an anti-breakage, leave-in treatment with fruit oils to penetrate wet strands, strengthening them to maximize growth potential.
Try Garnier Fructis Length & Strength Anti Split Ends Leave-In Treatment ($6).
