So I do not have Word on my computer and due to my lack of money I was wondering if anyone knew of a program I could download for free which is like Word with both spelling and Grammer check.

I know this has already been stated but I use it on a daily basis. openoffice.org has got to be the best option. You can download it and install it without fear of it being a nasty program. There are governments that are using it instead of MS Office due to how well it works and how much it costs (free).

You can try AbiWord, which can be downloaded from http://www.abisource.com/
Also, Open Office is a free, open source alternative to MS Office. It contains word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software. It's available at http://www.openoffice.org/

try word pad it is under the accessory in the start menu hope this helps
