It's not in the airline, it's about seat sales, call your TA for all airlines sell off's you'll save yourself alot of time.

I don't think it's the airline as much as the ticket source.
I use hotwire.com. You just have to be flexible when it comes to departure and arrival times. Sales are also non-refundable, unless you purchase the insurance; which only covers extreme situations.

They also offer great flight, hotel and rental car packages.

With Sun Country Airlines its coming $89 + tax - i got this fare from cheapoair.com...

You should check and see if you have Allegiant Air, USA 3000, or Sun Country.

All are discount carriers/charter, which usually fill flights easily and offer many travel options in terms of dates.
