i dont really know of any adults, but my little boy has super blonde/white hair with brown eyes and he can tan so good!! he's only 4, we'll see if he stays that lucky, but he will probley end up having brown hair

Well it all depends, if your dark mocha (Naomi Campbell) try a blonde that's not real bright. or try blonde highlights.
If you're lighter than that then you can go a lighter shade blonde.

well i would say that anyone can have blonde hair coz i have seen asian and african people also sporting blonde hair.

you can, if you get it done professionally...dont go to a cheap salon or it will go orange....if i were you i would go light brown with blonde highlites before going totally blonde just to see how it looks.
