go to the gym and workout to your maximum
Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
Eat carbs half an hour after exercising
Rest at least 3 days a week
Sleep 8 or more hours a day
Eat 30 to 50 grams of protein with each meal every 3 hours
Not avoid unsaturated fats because they raise hormone levels
Eat between 60 and 100 grams of carbs per day
Eat no more than 3 eggs a day
Substitute beef and pork with chicken and fish
Avoid sugar -- it contains empty calories; eat fruits and vegetables for carbs instead
Use supplements and protein shakes to get the required daily amount of protein
that is the best way to gain weight and bulk up

if you dont care what type of weight you gain then get a weight gainer the one i had was packed with 2200calories in one serving along with you normal eating habits thats should be at least 4000cal/day
however two disadvantage they are normally packed with tons of sugar for the extra calories, if you dont work out its just going to turn into fat, or if you do workout you're gonna gain fat/muscle
stick with protein if you want just pure muscle growth
creatine will also help you gain weight however its just water weight and you'll lose it shortly after you stop using it. however creatine does has its benefits to help you workout harder and recover therefore causing greater weight gain
eat about 6 meals a day: 3 regular meals and a "snack" meal inbetween like having a sandwich inbetween breakfast and lunch. also munching on snacks like nuts(for protein), and fruits(for vitamins) are good choices
eating a little something b4 bed is also beneficial because your body heals while sleeping and needs the energy to help it recover

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Some bodies burn more calories than others. Yours obviously burns them off quickly and you should change your goal and work to build muscles and not body weight.
Make sure you eat good home cooked foods, fruit and veggis and avoid fast food, coffee, Soft drinks and candy.
Otherwise you will be gaining "bad weight" and that is not good.
So stick to healthy foods and get lots of outdoor and indoor exersize.
Good Luck

Try weight gainer. Take naps after you eat a very large super healthy meal. That helps you gain. Increase your weight when you lift, do fewer reps with more weight. Eat lots of eggs.
