You can't get a green card unless you fit into a certain eligibility catagory and if you came illegally you cannot adjust status until you leave the country and return. However, if you have a legal status here with a visa you must have family here that is eligible to adjust your status such as a US citizen parent or a permenant resident parent that can apply on your behalf. Other than that you would be out of luck.
