Of the 2, I like roll-on, but let it dry before you put clotes on.

I like to use Secret Platinum Invisible Solid in Glacier Mist. it smells really great and I personally think it works better that the kind in the spray can. and I think it lasts longer too!

I like roll-on because it has no flumes
