absolutely. post-workout, your muscles will soak up nutrients like a sponge. eating carbs post-workout will ensure they will not be stored as fat. eating protein will promote muscle repair and growth. i recommend getting something in you within 45 minutes of post workout.

yeah it is something healthy to drink and eat helps you get hydrated and get energy also, and protein if mostly used by weightlifters to help muscles repair faster and more gain
