Save your money and buy used there are guaranteed used systems out there, and the psp is a well made unit. Save your money, a lot of times you buy of someone you can get alot of games to go with it and get a better deal if you buy off a individual Be careful though use your head and you'll be fine.

It all depends on who is selling that PSP to you. Does this person takes care of his/her things? Do you know this person? How much is the difference between new and used? Figure out how much you are saving buy comparing prices from different stores v the used one and than decide if you can risk getting a lemon for a PSP. See, it depends on several factors.

The used will be cheaper, but it's near impossible to know it's history - falls & other glitches. You can try to find a factory reconditioned one that still has some warranty. Check out e-bay - we found a new ds lite that was about $30 cheaper than in the stores.

there is nothing wrong with buying used, it would save prbly alot of money!!
Just know what your getting into and make sure that its real by doing whatever you can!!
I would actually suggest buying used, both would be the same thing and youd be saving money= both pluses!!

it is not the question of price. but the question is "is it worth it". you should first consider buying a psp try looking for other game consoles

actually, i would wait for another month or so the price has a chance to go down again, now that almost all of the kinks are out. i wouldn't buy a used one. but that's just me.

GOOD LUCK!
