My best advice for you is to get realistic. No one can lose that much weight, that fast, in any healthy manner. In fact, you can even starve yourself and lose that much that soon. All you'd do is get sick, end up in bed, and gain it all back. Just start eating a healthy balanced diet, watch your portions, and exercise on a regular basis. You'll lose all the weight you need to, at a healthy rate, and feel and look great.

You can't gain, or lose, 20 pounds in 3 weeks without harming yourself.

to lose 20 pounds in a few weeks is kinda hard but if you cut down on all the starches eat before six oclock and after six only have water an like jello for a snack you will be fine and try working out at least three to four times a week. like do legs one day, arms the next, then abs, and keep rotating the routine. need some extercises to do look up extercises online and you will get a ton. hope this helps have anymore questions email me and ill try to help you on this one. best of luck.

ok you have to know the basics by eating right and no matter what be strict wih yourself to reach your goal . Excercise AT LEAST 30 MINUTES! Drink plenty of water, and if you have the lazyiness at morning like me jump to supercalifragilisticexpialdocious its long but it gets you up and awake & ready 4 the world! Ok it sounds easy but I can't help but cheat once in a while. Hey at least I lost 20 pounds after doing this each day for at least 3 weeks which you have. Good luck! Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

At last I would like to say that the world we are living in is not a movie. It's a real world and things aren't as easy to accomplish as in movie. It doesn't work in a glimpse of time .You need to have patience and always be optimistic ....BEST OF LUCK ..

thats a short period of time to lose that much weight, but my reccomendation is to start drinking more water, and walk. I started doing that and I average 10 pounds a month, but then i'm a little on the porky side. Good luck to you.

Yes it is

3,500 Calories to loose one pound
1,200 Calories as an intake
You have to burn total calories 4,700 per day to loose one pound. Get a calorie counter watch to monitor your burned calories. You will be surprised at how easy it is to burn the calories.

Of course you should see a doctor before going on any weight loss plan and hopefully you actually need to loose weight in the first place. Please be responsible
