when he got married to my aunt, he must've thought that it was an excuse to treat me like crap! My dad said that he talked to him and that he wouldnt bother me anymore. Now it is really awkward at their house and I still think of him like that. How can I deal with it???

Just because he married your aunt doesn't mean you have to like him. Just tolerate him when you have to be around him the best you can.

Don;t go. If you are uncomfortable, then honor your feelings. This uncle needs to offer an apology, but he's probably a macho creep. Avoid at all costs.

You're just going to have to let time deal things out. I don't know why your uncle was being a jerk, but he was and probably feels embarassed. Give him time.

you should just be happy that your dad stuck up for you and did the right thing. i think the best thing for you is to forgive your uncle (in your mind) and try to enjoy yourself over there, as civilized people do
