Use a silicone based (not oil) hair serum. For example "A.G. Liquid Varnish" and allways use conditioner. Dont go against what your hair wants to do naturally. (If its curly... Its curly!!!) And never brush naturally curly hair. Use a pick when its wet and for gods sake there is a reason they have invented mouse and gel.

Trust me I know how you feel! I have naturally curly hair and I have tried everything. Buy high end conditioner and leave in it for a while. If you are willing to try some awesome stuff you should look up Jonathan Products. Ive seen it work and its amazing, but exspensive.

Try Dove Weightless Moisturizers shampoo and conditioner. They will condition your hair without making it look oily or dirty. Have you tried a straightening iron? It will smooth your hair out. Make sure you get a ceramic one that won't fry your hair. Try Hot Tools brand.
