At about 50 Knots pull back slightly and put the nose on the horizon. Hold the nose on the horizon and the plane will take off by itself when it has sufficient speed. You really don't need an airspeed indicator to know when to rotate. In time you will be able to feel it.

I might rotate at 55-60 if I was flying into a very strong gusting wind (25 kts or more), but thats the only time I would hold it down that long.

Set the trim to takeoff, firewall the throttle, the airplane will take off by itself. Note the airspeed, and if you don't want to trim to takeoff, use that speed.
49 knots is stall speed, and without flaps I wouldn't recommend any speed below 55 knots.
