how do you make people looked bruised with photoshop?

If its on a real person it is ALOT harder.. it requires special brushes and effects to no limit, i will try it out and see what i get mathewhildebrand@gmail.com is my email ask me there

I have print shop and I suppose you could do it by using the edit to remove blotches on skin, more than a few times.
