Don't use any of those crazy drugs they have on the market today, they simply don't work. In fact most have been found to do harm. Weight watchers is awesome, and the meetings really keep you motivated. But if you aren't up for that just eat right, plenty of veggies, fruits, protein and water, water, water. Also start exercising (gradually). Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a little further etc. You really need to be careful at your weight starting anything new. Go see your doctor to get a full check-up. Don't do anything drastic to lose the weight. If you're getting married you obviously have someone who loves and cares about you.I'm sure they love you even with the extra weight. Don't go crazy just for your wedding day you'll end up putting 2x as much back on. Make the day special by taking care of yourself the right way and you'll end up feeling great for a long time! I'm 42 and find that the stuff that works for me is Hydroxycut Hardcore by Muscletech.
I've tried everything and have done it all when it comes to diets, losing weight. (even had tummy tuck and lipo. in fashion occupation).
I was even a Phen -Fen user back when it was legal and wasn't hurting people! But in all seriousness the only stuff since Phen -Fen that has worked for me is the Hydroxycut (GNC or Vitamin World). I tried Hoodia. It didn't work for me unfortunately. with Hydroxycut, I don't need to take as much as they suggest regarding dosage because it "jitters me out".
AS FAR AS OTHER STUFF YOU CAN DO:
I would drink lots of water and or Gatorade to lose water weight. The more you drink the less your body hangs on to (retains).You can lose 5-10lbs. But be careful to not dilute your blood too much. (like gallons of water can be fatal)
Eat food that has fiber and protein to curb your appetite and slow digestion which makes it take longer to get that shaky hungry feeling. (oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, any meats and veggies).
Stay busy....BY EXERCISING. If you're anything like me, the more I worry about losing weight, the more I eat!!! I find that running is the fastest way to shed weight. Plus getting married can be stressful..... any exercise helps stress BIG TIME!!!

If you follow the Atkins diet strictly from now until then it will defineatly come off maybe even more.......but dont stay on it after this time you will have to ease the carbs back in or it will all come back 2 fold .......also i know this works well and some people have lost as much as 30 lbs. in a week but for obvious reasons it is not good to do continuously good luck

okay this is a short amount of time but go to the pharmacy or walmart and look for this pill that cleans out your colon. i swear on my life you loose 5lbs in one day. you do go to the bathroom a lot but you do loose. okay another thing you need NEED to start going to the gym. no soda and candy, just when you eat you get med. portions of whatever you're having and that's it. no seconds. i know this probably sounds drastic but you're trying to loose weight in a short amount of time. there is also this drink at pharmacy called Star Diet it makes you loose. and you need to constantly do sit ups. if you don't like to be on the ground (i don't either) buy an AB Lounge from walmart or any sports store that sells weight equip. and do craploads of situps on that. it's this lounge chair type of thing where you grab the handle above your head and bring your self to your legs and it bends you for you so you don't hurt your back and you can watch tv while your doing it and it's not boring. you can do 500 situps in like 5min. and won't feel a thing until the morning and you will be sore like woah but your stomach will be tighter than a board. so get one of those and use it every day and i swear your stomach will be flat.
