Please take food that is good for your overall health.
Coming to teeth, in growing stage you require lot of calcium and iron, available with milk, egg, leafy vegetables etc..
Coming to foods that are BAD to teeth, avoid smoking, chewing pan, cool drinks (if you can't stop, finish as early as possible with least contact to teeth), sticky substances, using tooth pricks (use dental floss if required) and so on.

saliva. I know, it isn't a food, but it really helps your teeth.
For example, it reduces bad breath and the formation of cavities. It also helps your teeth to remineralize.
A great food would be milk. it contains calcium, so it makes your teeth stronger and healthier.

Some doggie biscuits--j\k
I think that no matter what you eat, you still need to brush, use mouthwash and floss, shortly after.
Calcium is the key food for teeth and bones (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.).
