check with the bus lines that run out of china town....they usually have the best rates, but they also break down more often....Sometimes JetBlue runs specials for 50-100 bucks each way....not that much more expensive than a bus.

Totally fly JetBlue.. I used to work at a hotel that dealt with their employees, and their flights from NYC into Buffalo were very cheap.
