Someone mentioned bake sales, always good - people love to eat!
Schedule to do "one days" for yard and house work - person gets all 10 of you working for a day - and I'd guess that many people in your church would love to have "20 hands" willing to work for a day!

Make up 3 yard signs. Good ones that will last. Have it say "You've been tagged by the "" We are fundraising for camp. To have this sign removed, it will cost you $10. TO buy insurance that this sign will not be placed in your yard again, it'll cost you $15. Only do this to church members and to ones that have a sense of humor.

Beadwork. It's simple, easy, fun, everyone can do it (string beads on wire), and doesn't melt on hot summer days a la icecream or candy, run out a la lemonade or what have you, or involve cooking, or anything complicated like that. Get several tubes of cheap seed beads (the really tiny ones) at your local crafts store/big-box store/etc. in all different colors, some fishing line or other thin, strong wire, and some larger, more interesting stones, and go to town. Either thread the beads or learn actual weaving with the beads. Attach clasps when done, obviously.
It's cheap, creative, and can be easily sold for far more than the beads themselves would cost, netting you a decent profit for a fundraiser.
ETA: Haha, it's funny that I got a negative vote for suggesting a simple fundraiser and am not even the same religion as the questioner.

Get the congregation to do "pledges" of say, 10 cents per car, for a car wash. Hold the car wash for free (maybe hand out some leaflets), keep a record of the number of cars washed, and collect from the congregation. You get outreach and ownership of the program at the same time.

Ask the congregation to buy a leg of a bed at camp. Thats 40 legs for 10 people. 10 mattresses. X number of cabins. A fitting price for each item. Put a chart in the foyer with the progress.
Have each potential camper sell pop corn for the money. Popped or unpopped

Have a church yard sale. Everyone has stuff they need to get rid of. Make good use of it.
Oops, I'm sorry I didn't see that you already mentioned a yard sale.
How arty are your church members? Does anyone make things? Those can be sold alongside the yard-sale stuff.

What the girls did (back in my day! I'm so old....) was organized a spaghetti supper and have moms & dads bring dessert....then they would auction off dessert. It was a really fun night.
Our 4-H club cleaned up highways--the provincial government pays service groups a bit to do this...is there a program like that where you are?
Also, you can get your congregation (and friends of the congregation) together and do a "services auction". Have them bid for your services...cleaning up the yard, babysitting, etc.
Make sure that you get the word out and you'll get a better turn-out.
