Stop looking at the bathroom scales, and start concentrating on how you actually look. Running too much is not a good idea - remember that muscle weighs more than fat for the same mass. It sounds like you really need to work on toning your muscles - running is mainly a cardiac workout - but it can also overdevelop your legs and butt. You can also try eating more protein and less sugars and carbs, since carbs are what the body turns into fat if you don't burn them off right away.

Nobody actually thinks about being bulimic, first of all.
Secondly, bulimia is not the way to lose weight or any eating disorder for that matter. With bulimia you are most likely to be average weight or be overweight because no matter how many times you binge and purge you will still retain some of those calories, a lot actually.
The side effects are A LOT worse for an eating disorder. Try lessening your portions, six small meals a day a continuing an excerise regiment.
You didn't state how much you wiegh, so maybe your body is at a good weight, where losing weight would be harder.

If you were running 5-7 miles a day and not losing, it sounds like
1) your weight is stable
2)you are too skinny and don't eat nearly enough
3) You eat too much
0r
4) You have some kind of metabolic disorder.
Believe me, you don't want to become a bulimic. It totally wrecks your life, you lose a lot of friends, you feel depressed all the time, you can lose your teeth, it gets to where you can't hold food down if you try, you might need to go to the hospital for treatment and an IV, and you can even die. It sounds to me like you need to talk to your doctor; because whatever's up with not losing the weight, you probably need to have a doctor's perspective. You either need to be treated for metabolic disorder, treated for anorexia, or just told that, weight-wise, you're probably fine.

I answered a similar question like this...I'm gonna be cut and dry with you.
have atleast 5 meals a day...it sounds crazy but trust me it works and helps build up your metabolism. I'm not alking about whole meals I'm saying:
1/2 a turkey sandwich an apple and water kind of meals.
just make sure you got a little protien, fiber, and other healthy stuff in there...you'll be losing weight in no time....took me 3 weeks to lose 10 pounds.
And you MUST switch up your running behavior...your body is already used to the 5-7 miles.
Switch it up...do some light jogging for a minute then an all out sprint for 45 seconds then a brisk walk for another minute...do this pattern for 45 minutes and you will burn fat in no time.
Remember always keep your body guessing and fueled.
peace

first thing's first-do not try to be bulimic. Eat more, healthy things. You can eat 6 meals a day, all healthy but one. Run, walk, work out...that's all to say. If you aren't getting skinnier, maybe you shouldn't. Be happy with yourself. You do know models don't really look like that. Just be happy with who you are, not who you want to be. Do not try bulimia or Anorexia. That is VERY bad for you, and you can die from it. As I said, be happy with who you are. Everyone's different, and even if you are overweight, you will get better.

Heh, you sound too young to even have to worry about weight.
Once you hit 16, you should thin out.
But anyways, don't eat less. Just excersize, drink 6-8 cups of water, and eat about 8 small snacks a day (and no large meals) consisting of fruit and vegetables.
You'll do fine.
Poultry for protein (or tofu,) and fish.
No red meats.

Kids are developing up so quick nowadays and they do not must be teens for this to occur. I advise you begin the younger ladies to your lifestyles off early. Tell her she is watching "a littl tubby" opening round age 4. Then whilst you positioned cookies and milk out, ask her if she is quite going to devour the final one, and no you don't seem to be hanging chocolate in her skim milk for the reason that it has too many energy. Things like this will likely begin her off good and be certain she has probably the most extra wellknown consuming problems, if it is bulemia or anorexia. Perhaps you'll "unintentionally" depart a few water tablets out while she is round seven. I additionally advise priming them for his or her implants younger as good. You can get her a few coaching bras after which the ones silicone bra inserts as good. Good good fortune to you to your endeavors. It is quite crucial that you simply get your younger ladies off to a well and healthful begin.

Maybe your body type is not letting you be skinny.
Some people are just not meant to be twigs. It works both ways too. Skinny framed people will never be bodybuilders (unless they take steroids).
Its just not meant to be...
There is gastric bypass surgery but this is for morbidly obese people.
