It depends on if you are drinking it in a bar or at home.

Depends on how much you drink and how often you drink. As you drink more and more your body will build up a resistance to alcohol so it takes more to get a buzz. If you don't drink at all a couple of 8 oz glasses will get you tipsy but if you drink regularly the whole thing might not even have an affect.
