The indication of the RMI at the end of the outbound leg of the NDB hold, but I'm not sure of that indication and is it only for NDB hold

after one minute outbound, you should be 30degrees offset from your inbound leg and approx 3-3.5nm (depending on your alt) from the fix. that's for a light twin (say a beechcraft dutches or piper seminole).
