I have a temperpedic pillow and a goose down pillow. I love them both and sleep on one or the other depending on how I feel. They both work great! Be prepared to spend some dough...goose down...$50
Temperpedic...$100
Good luck

A cervical pillow is what you are looking for. It will help hold your neck in a natural curve. You can get them at a chiropractic office, pharmacy and sometimes at JC Penneys.

I could say one reminiscence foam pillow and a a few ordnary ones: one for among your knees and one for wherever else that hurts. Failing that, take a look at some thing feels fine for you
